Order Processing

 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • High-Volume Periods: Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, such as sales or holidays.
     

 

U.S. Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

We ship to all U.S. destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

 

Please note, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to destinations within the United States.
 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer.service@jaavel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
 

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

[Option 2] Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.
 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Jaavel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Jaavel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
