Jaavel Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jaavel! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The item must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging & Tags: The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable) and have all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals still attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

2. Items Exempt from Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale/Clearance Items: Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Intimate Apparel/Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, [List specific items, e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings] cannot be returned if the protective hygiene strip is removed or the item is worn.

  • Personalized/Customized Items: Items that were customized or personalized for your order.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: To begin a return, please visit our Returns Portal at Jaavel OR email us at Customer.Support@Jaavel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label/shipping instructions.

  3. Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

  • Buyer's Remorse/Exchange: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or need a different size/color, the customer is responsible for [all return shipping costs] / [return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund] / [return shipping is free].

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your [original method of payment] within 3 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange and the item is in stock, we will ship the replacement item to you [free of charge].

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at Customer.Service@Jaavel.com with photos of the defect and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, once we have verified the defect.
